At LuxoPlay, we are committed to providing excellent after-sales service to ensure your collectibles are well-supported and maintained. Our after-sales service includes the following:

1. Damage upon Arrival

   If the product is damaged upon unpacking (a rare occurrence), we will assist you in contacting the manufacturer to request replacement parts and have them shipped to your address. Due to differences in brand and product characteristics, we cannot guarantee that replacement parts will be available for every product, but we will do our best to assist you.

2. Damage during Use

   If the product is damaged during use, we offer one free after-sales service to help you request replacement parts from the manufacturer and send them to your designated address. As with the previous case, we cannot guarantee a 100% success rate in securing the replacement, but we will make every effort to assist you.

3. Multiple Damages

   If your product experiences multiple damages and requires more than one after-sales service, we will charge a service fee ranging from $15 to $35, depending on the product’s condition, to continue providing support.
