You may cancel your order at any time before the cut-off date. To confirm the specific cut-off date, kindly reach out to us via WhatsApp. Please note that after the cut-off date, cancellations will no longer be accepted.
2.For in-stock products
Cancellations are allowed within three days of purchase, and we will issue a full refund. Unfortunately, after this period, we will not be able to process cancellations.
3.For products that have already been shipped
Due to the high cost of international shipping, we are unable to accept returns or cancellations unless the product is damaged or there are other exceptional circumstances. However, we are happy to assist you in reselling the product if needed.
